蔥澡｜HOT SPRING ONION
礁溪小澡堂
原本在礁溪路上的老溫泉旅店
從民國64年開業至102年
因為時代的關係下，停止了營運
一切也是緣份的開始
於是我們開始尋找了藝術家、設計師
一同為這一間老旅店注入全新的靈魂。
「蔥澡」
是礁溪第一間以「自助」為訴求的個人湯屋
蔥澡一詞諧音來自於「沖澡」
「蔥」
來過宜蘭礁溪的人
總是會情不自盡的在路邊買幾片蔥油餅來填填胃
而宜蘭也是盛產蔥的故鄉
它雖然無法成為主食
但是卻是不可或缺的配料
替每道菜增添不少滋味。
而「泡溫泉」
對於我們來說也是一樣的道理
雖然不是生活中必要的
但偶爾泡泡溫泉！
卻可以帶給身體、心靈必要的養分。
這也是「蔥澡」一詞的由來

讓「蔥」提味生活，
泡「澡」體驗藝術。
Jiao Shi Hot Spring Bath
Project Planning & Execution
Client owned and operated a hot spring bath on Jiao Shi Road from 1975 till 2013, as with many products of the past, the bath came to a stop and went out of operation. This end opened up for the beginning of a new chapter, and we began looking for designers and artists, to inject new streams of energy into this old establishment.
Hot Spring Onion is the first self-serviced personal hot spring bath in town, and its Chinese name has a similar pronunciation to “taking shower”.
Spring onion is the specialty produce of Yilan, can be seen in several local dishes. Though it’s hardly a main ingredient for any cuisine, yet for many dishes, it’s something you can’t miss out. Hot spring bath plays a similar role in our life, it’s not an essential part of daily life, yet it brings the strength and tranquility that our body and mind are thirsty for, hence the name Hot Spring Onion.
We welcome all to come here every now and then to have fun at Hot Spring Onion. Let spring onions enhance the flavours of our life, and come experience art while taking a dip in the hot spring!
